Mr Philippe Vinogradoff, France's Consul General in Miami has been so kind to accept our invitation to open the tournament on Saturday morning.He arrived here only two months ago after several overseas postings in Latin America, which explains why he is also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
Wilma caused serious damage to the Consulate on Brickell Avenue, so he has been quite busy. We are honored that he will take some time out to meet the teams and to toss the symbolic first "but" (aim ball) .
